What About Our Future?
Directed by jaime leigh gianopoUlos and claudio cruz
PRODUCED BY jen muranetz
The “Sustainabiliteens” helped bring 150,000 people to the streets of Vancouver to march against climate destruction. This inspiring group of teenagers voice their fears about the alarming future they are posed to inherit, and attempt something many adults won't: to do something about it. This film asks young people to recognize how powerful their voices are, and to begin asking: what about our future?
IMPACT GOALS
Bring activism to meet unengaged youth where they are, and educate and empower them to build their place in movements that are important to them.
Connect engaged youth to self-direct their learning about activist archetypes and skill sets and ladder up their civic engagement.
Support the rise of a more civically-engaged generation.
